Queen Haven Community Care LLC is a non-medical home health organization dedicated to providing compassionate in-home care services. We focus on the rural communities caring for the seniors, disabled individuals, veterans, and patients needing care after surgery or hospitalization. We also specialize in Dementia Care helping families with loved ones who have been diagnosed with one of the many forms of the disease. We offer person centered care individualizing each plan of care.
